Mitrata’s Board Members take on Friend-Raising
On August 6th 2022, the wonderful Patti Harty volunteered her time to lead a fundraising training for Mitrata’s board members. The purpose of the training was to provide the board with “"ideas and training on how to engage people who have been involved with Mitrata in the past and new people, by calling or meeting with them and engaging them in a conversation and making an ask.”
Mitrata’s Young Professionals Board Invites YOU!
Mitrata’s Young Professionals Board has been hard at work scheduling fun and unique ways for Mitrata supporters to connect, spend time with one another, and share knowledge of Mitrata with others in the community! In the upcoming months, there are two exciting events to save-the-date for. In August, join the YPB at a barre class where all proceeds go to Mitrata. Then, in October, join us for a free Yoga in the Park event, and get a head start on your Christmas Shopping!
Miles for Mitrata Kids 2022 Results
Miles for Mitrata Kids was a success! It was incredible to see the many unique ways everyone chose to participate. We love seeing our participants striving to live healthy lives while also supporting our mission!
Gathering Together for Miles for Mitrata Kids!
One of the most amazing aspects of Miles for Mitrata Kids is how our participants support one another. This past weekend, Miles for Mitrata Kids got off to a strong start as multiple participants organized events that allowed them to gather together with other participants and earn their “miles” at the same time!
Trivia Night was a Success!
Trivia Night 2022 was a success! Over $17,000 was donated for our Contact Center and COVID-19 relief supplies. Not to mention, it was a blast! We can’t wait for next year’s Trivia Night!
