Our fall Sponsor Trip to Nepal begins on Friday, September 28, 2023! This year, our team is a diverse group of Mitrata staff, board members, child sponsors, and two members of our Young Professionals Board! A few individuals have traveled to Nepal in the past, but for many, it will be their very first time! We hope you will take the time to follow our journey.
Good News During Hard Times

A Joyous Graduation
Pam Hughes shares her experience of this year’s graduation ceremony. The graduates dance and perform and are awarded with their graduation gifts. Everyone enjoys a delicious meal afterwards and shares in the love for these successful, young men and women.

Visiting his sponsored children in Nepal feels life-changing, and Rick discusses how sharing Mitrata with friends has changed the lives of his kids in Nepal.

Teaching in Nepal
Board member Pam Hughes teaches a class about social and emotional health topics, such as self-control, anger management, decision-making and handling peer pressure.
