Gifts that Give Back

Thank you to everyone who participated in this year’s Holiday Bazaar. Without our many volunteers and loyal shoppers, the event would never be a success. This year, we had many first-time bazaar visitors and volunteers. Thank you to everyone who helped us spread the word about the event, attended the event, and sent others to shop in your stead if you weren’t able to make it. Whether you were purchasing gifts for others -or yourself- we are so thankful for you, our Mitrata friends, and for your dedication to supporting our mission.

At the 2023 Holiday Bazaar, we had 300+ shoppers and were able to raise $27,000!

We would also like to take a minute to thank our Fundraising Committee for all their hard work in planning and executing this event. Thank you to everyone who was willing to make the trip to Nepal and hand-pick every single piece of merchandise. Thank you also to our phenomenal volunteers for ensuring the event ran smoothly and successfully!

The 2023 Holiday Bazaar was a massive success and we are already looking forward to next year!

During the Bazaar, we were able to speak with many people who are eagerly anticipating next year’s Mitrata Trivia Night. We are so excited to announce that this year we will have TWO in-person Trivia Nights, one in St. Louis, MO on May 4, 2024 and one in Seattle, WA on March 16, 2024. Keep an eye on our communications as registration will be launching soon, and you won’t want to miss out on this exciting event!
