Holiday Shopping for a Cause
A huge thank you to everyone who participated in the 2024 Holiday Bazaar!
The event would never have succeed without our many volunteers and loyal shoppers. Although we had some volunteers and shoppers join us at this event for the very first time. We also encountered many shoppers who attend the event every single year! It means so much to know our bazaar is something they look forward to with anticipation. Additionally, we had many returning volunteers, who take time out of their busy holiday schedule to come help us year after year.
If you took the time to stop by the bazaar and do a bit of holiday shopping, or if you were one of the many individuals who helped us spread the word about the event, THANK YOU! We are so thankful for you, our Mitrata friends, and for your dedication to supporting our mission.
At the 2024 Holiday Bazaar, we had 200+ shoppers and were able to raise $22,000!
We would also like to take a minute to acknowledge and thank our Fundraising Committee for all their hard work in planning and executing this event. Thank you to everyone who was willing to make the trip to Nepal and help us hand-pick every single piece of merchandise. Thank you also to our phenomenal volunteers for ensuring the event ran smoothly and successfully!
The 2024 Holiday Bazaar was a great success and we are already looking forward to next year!
During the Bazaar, we were able to speak with many people who are eagerly anticipating Mitrata Trivia Night 2025. Our upcoming Trivia Nights, will take place in Seattle, WA on March 8, 2025 and in St. Louis, MO on April 26, 2025. Keep an eye on our communications as registration will be launching soon!
